Agents Team Building
Explanation of team building
Building a team is for agents that are seeking to develop a higher income from their Stolen from Susie business. It involves introducing people into your team, training them how to run their agencies and then teaching them in turn to do the same and so on. The more people in your team the more your income will grow.
Explanation of pay structure
When you introduce someone immediately below you into your team, lets say team member A, you will receive 5% of team member A’s personal sales.
If they in turn introduce somebody into their team, team member B, A will receive 5% of B’s personal sales and you will receive 5% of A and 4% of B.
If they in turn introduce someone, agent C, you will receive 5% of A, 4% of B and 3% of C’s personal sales. Agent D is then introduced; you will receive 5% of A, 4% of B, 3% of C and 2% of D’s personal sales.
When Agent E becomes introduced it becomes slightly different in that you still receive 5% of A, 4% of B, 3% of C, 2% of D’s personal sales with agent E you will receive 1% of E’s teams total turnover.
You must achieve your own personal monthly target in order to be paid commission on your teams sales, individual targets currently stand at £100 per calendar month within your first six months and £200 per calendar month thereafter. Targets may be subject to change from time to time.
In addition to commission you can also bank points for every person you introduce into you team, these points may be used to purchase new season Stolen from Susie samples or for promotional material.
Stolen from Susie and all her agents will help and support all other agents that are prepared to help themselves and may on occasions even introduce people into their teams.
