Agents Terms & Conditions
Below are the Terms & Conditions set out by Susie which you must read, understand and agree to abide by before we can accept you as a Stolen from Susie agent.
All Agents are strictly self employed and will only be paid on a commission only basis.
All Agents are totally and wholly responsible for making their own Income Tax and National Insurance payments. Stolen from Susie accept no responsibility whatsoever for these payments.
Agents must be 18+ years of age.
Agents will be paid 20% commission for any order received that has their unique Stolen from Susie agents ID code attached. Commissions can only be paid on completed orders and will be paid one month in arrears. Completed means that the order is fully paid for and is not returned.
As long as a customer has used an agents ID code once the ID code will remain attached to that customer for each of their subsequent visits, providing the agent remains active with Stolen from Susie. Stolen from Susie will offer the customer a 10% discount on their first purchase, providing they enter the agents ID code to ensure that customer remains yours.
In addition to any commission earned, Stolen from Susie will run a points system whereby its agents can bank points by winning competitions or hitting certain targets. These targets and competitions will be posted on the agent’s site and are open to all agents that qualify. Agents will be allowed to use any points banked to purchase new samples or promotional material.
Agents will have the facility to track their personal points tally, the earnings of themselves and their team, if they have one, by login on to www.stolenfromsusieonline.com and going to the agents secure site. You will need your personal ID code & password to enter this site.
Applicants will be issued with their unique ID code only when Stolen from Susie believe all relevant criteria has been fulfilled
Agents may only use official Stolen from Susie promotional material.
Agents that build teams will only receive commissions, one month in arrears, on their team's efforts if they achieve their own personal monthly target. This is subject to change but is currently £100 worth of sales per calendar month for each of the first six months rising to £200 a month thereafter.
Stolen from Susie employees who may also be agents will not be permitted to promote their agency whilst working in any Stolen from Susie retail outlet.
Agents must purchase new samples twice yearly to coincide with each new season. (Samples will be subsidized by Stolen from Susie)
Agents are not permitted to exaggerate earnings in order to tempt people to join their team or for any other reason. Agents must only communicate facts.
There will be a £299 one off signing on fee.
Stolen from Susie’s decision will always be final.
Failure to comply with any or all of the above could result in the agents ID code being suspended. In serious or persistent cases the agents ID code may be cancelled.
