We will replace, exchange or refund any order within seven working days of your receipt of the goods providing that; the item has not been used and is returned in its original condition. In the interest of hygiene this does not apply to pierced and body products or underwear. Please see our returns policy for full information.
Once you have placed your order we will either send you an order acknowledgment email or make you aware that the item you have chosen is unavailable. This will always be sent to the email address that you have provided.
No orders will be accepted from persons under the age of 18 years of age.
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
Whilst we will try to ensure all details & colours displayed on this website are correct and up to date we cannot be held responsible for their accuracy.
All prices are inclusive of UK VAT but do not include delivery charges.
Your payment card will be debited immediately.
In fairness to all, packaging and delivery charges will be automatically calculated by weight and size of products purchased and will be clearly displayed at the checkout process.
Returns Policy
We will replace, exchange or refund any order within seven working days of your receipt of the goods providing that; the item has not been used and is returned in its original condition. In the interest of hygiene this does not apply to pierced and body products or underwear. Before any item is returned you must first notify us by email within seven working days of receipt of goods It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned to us within 14 days of receipt and to pay for and obtain a “proof of posting” for the return. Refunds will normally be made within 30 days of notification providing all conditions have been adhered to.
Security
All card transaction with “Stolen from Susie” are through the HSBC bank's secure site, no card details are ever stored with us.
Privacy
The information you provide on this site may be held (cards excepted) and used for order processing, enquiries, complaints, marketing products & services and providing customers with updates and information about “Stolen from Susie”. We will not disclose any of our customer’s information to any third party (Card processing with the HSBC Bank excluded).
No statement contained on this website will affect the statutory rights of the consumer.
